First, we are New Zealand registered company, with warehouse in Auckland. And we also have online Trademe Store, so we can easily be found and checked.

Second, we do not collect customer's information or use customer's personal information with any other purpose. The customer's information only is used to send parcel.

Third, we do not collect or keep customer's card or any other payment information. We use the third-party online payment company POLI   to implement the payment. There is no chance for us to get such information.

Fourth, all products come with the customer rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand.

Fifth, we use Courier Post and PBT to delivery our products, all customers will get a email with tracing number when we delivery it. We take the responbility and risk of the whole delivery.
